Q: How will I know you have received my order?
As soon as we receive your order you will be sent an automatic email confirming the order and your order number. Anytime you have further questions you can email us and quote your order number for a prompt response. If we have any queries we will contact you via the details you have forwarded.

Q: What happens to the personal information I give you?

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Depending on where you live in the United States, delivery can take up to 10-14 working days. If you require an urgent delivery please contact Paula Parizek at 402-553-3200 or Paula@regalawards.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Rush shipping charges may apply.

Q: What type of Credit Card can I use?
Visa, MasterCard or Amex.

Q: How can I order if I do not have a credit card?
Contact us for EFT details to enable a direct bank deposit. Alternatively, you can choose your products on-line and contact us directly to complete your order. Prepay by cash or check in person or vial mail. Contact Paula@regalawards.com.

Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card details onto your site?

Details regarding your order and delivery are sent to us and all payment details are sent via the Heartland Payment Systemís secure online payment gateway. Medical Solutionsí Stitches e-Store and Regal Advertising unconditionally guarantees your shopping experience will be easy and enjoyable. If you are unhappy with your order once you received it for any reason, please contact us and we will replace or refund your purchase. Returned merchandise must be resalable condition.
